ouch...........in pain


sorry guys.. no update from me again..
really lack of time to blog ... i have one unfinished written post save as a draft, will continue on that whenever I feel like to...

well.. i never felt like this before...it was like a nightmare to me, fearful..
the pile of work is pushing me and killing me so hard, my mind went blank, nothing inspire me..and fell into a deep shit
i've been a severe worrywarth...I almost couldnt handle my emotion, was so much stressful, depress, panic, helpless, miserable, worn out ....and then broke down in tears. Finally... never felt that way before...

It was such a pain, pain in heart. I had severe insomnia for few days.. and I dun get enuf sleep since the day I had not sleep for 48hrs. Can u believe that... ?? whenever i start working on my assignment, my heart keeps pumping and beating fast, that's totally abnormal and i'm suffering from all these...

Scram!! The pain is such a hatred.

dear, try yoga... i've looked up a few websites with simple yoga postures. u dont have to try those advanced ones which you have to like, touch your knee with your forehead or something. these are the few simple ones, relax and breathe in and out deeply for like, 5 to 10 mins before and after you try stretching even muscle in your body. it helps to relax and in a way make u tired so u can sleep. thats to counter sleepless nights. might not work for everyone but you could try! rmb its not just to put ur hands out, it is to stretch as far out as u can.

then to counter stress, there are a few things to try. one of it is to exercise, which i dont think you might be interested. lol! when you;re stressed out, run all the way from 1 place to another. or jump around. cause you cant do something relaxing or your mind will stil be occupied, worried about work and all. allocate 5 mins off the clock to do something u like, or talk to a friend on non work related stuff. or to say and do really silly and stupid stuff. or try laughter yoga! search in youtube for it. lol

me too, i start felt the stress d, now i have to done my final year project, although it's in group of two , but still like a lot thing need to do.
Hope we both find the way to handle it k ?

Nice to see you on sat, with your cute sleepy puppy eyes. :)

Don't feel too stressed. Remember Cinderella was in a worse state, but she got through it all. And I believe and I'm sure, you being little Cinderella can also manage through it. ;)

If you haven't done so, plan out all that you have to do and allocate a time limit. With this, it'll stop you thinking about other tasks to do and lets you focus on the current task.

why stress wor... stress wont help 1 right... if tired then should take rest lo... haven't u heard of "i nid to rest and sleep so that i can walk a longer distance the next day?" cheer up and you'll be fine... come to think about it.. it's not the first time you're tight up with assignments and works mah.. you can do it eh~!! hehe :))
