Those 3 pictures below were taken on Wesak day ( May). My very first time to experience such celebration in Sydney. It was a grand one. I could see people dressed in all kinds of costume for the celebration purposes. That reminds me of the Wesak parade back in Penang. Owh I miss it so much where I used to bring out my stool, placed it at the pavement and watched the parade with excitement.

Vivid Sydney

It's all about 'June'.


Yay ! I'm glad that I've found a much better sushi restaurant compared to Makoto. They serve more varieties and one more thing.... I'm so in love of Green Tea Latte. Dun't get me wrong. The drink does not contain any caffeine but mainly blended green tea with green tea ice-cream. Yum!!
It's so irresistible, so addictive ... I want more ....

Gah... life has been good but no more after today. That's what I told one of my friend just now in msn. Couldn't believe uni officially starts tomorrow, and I have yet prepare myself to uni... I wouldn't want to imagine the pile of workloads stacking up on me. Breathless man !! What to do? It is the same for everyone. Life still has to move on .... aza, aza. Wish me luck then.

Wollongong

My Wollongong Trip

Wollongong is a seaside city located in the Illawarra region in New South Wales, Australia. Took almost an hour plus drive to visit Nan Tien Temple (means South Paradise Temple). It is known as one of the largest Buddhist temples in the southern hemisphere.

Update on what I did today~
Basically did nothing much. Woke up really late today and went for a badminton session. Only had one 'polo bun' as my lunch. It's a good thing for me as I'm currently broke, literally broke. While in the evening, went to join my friends' choir class as for performance preparation for the upcoming Bodhi Night. My first timer to learn how to 'open up' voice before singing, steps like humming and so on. Yeah that's it for today.... what a relaxing Saturday.

Chat Thai

I would say 'Chat Thai' is one of the authentic Thai food restaurant in Sydney city and almost everyone knows about it. You could see a massive long queue in front of its shop everyday and u need to wait for an hour plus for your turn to be seated. Sometimes you have to wait up to freaking 2 hours long. I know it's a bit exaggerating but it is a fact.

So what's so special bout it ??? I suppose they are famous for its unique, delicious dessert.
I personally love their durian sticky rice and dough stick. I would want to try their tup tim grop one day !

Still on holiday

Had a memorable trip to Queensland with my heart warming friends.
I could say the trip was amazing and fully enjoyed myself.
We got around 1000++ pictures where I have not organized them yet.
Sad to say, uni starting next Mon.... n all of the sudden, I miss going home ....

Housemates' birthday

Sorry guys for the lack of updates. Yea right I'm on holidays now, yet I'm too busy or I could say I'm feeling so reluctant to update my blog. Gahhh ...

Another one more day, I'm flying off to Goldcoast... and then again, my blog will be left behind with umpteen pictures yet to be uploaded. Two words to describe me ' Terrible & Horrible'.

Recap: Threw him a surprise birthday prank by using whipped cream to attack him after taken his good relaxing, hot shower. That was Mei Ling's idea. It went smoothly afterall... but still .. I got whipped cream attacked on my hair.. shiatzz...

Notice the so called 'birthday card' pasted on the wall beside him ? I made that and it is still remaining there.

Mei Ling ( The June Baby)

Recap: Came back on time from my Newcastle trip just to give her a surprise mini birthday celebration. I baked her a chocolate souffle pudding cake ( the only cake I know how to bake, damn 'sia sui' ) She never reveal her exact birthday date to us so the only way to find out her birthdate was to search for the 'culprit'. Guess what... this has proven that I dun possess 'chicken brain' at all (right right ??? my dear housemates). I'm so so so so smart to find out her birthdate and tadaaa--- mission successfully completed!!
