Kek Lok Si

I still can remember on this day, we made a visit to Suiwan's abode to get red packet. Met up with his friends Choo Eng and hmm I've forgotten his name but I can recall that he drives an apple green Myvi. Let's call him Mr. Green then. After visiting him, we went to Queensbay Mall to have our lunch at Sakae Sushi. I should have try out this restaurant earlier than that. I was amused of Sakae Sushi's hot water refills. It looked so cool. Then later on, met up with Su Min and had a short chit-chat..and planned what should we do at night. Guess what... I planned to go for laksa once again at Air Itam. Well, I could say that was my last attempt of having laksa. Phew.. luckily I had it before making a move to Syd. Initially we wanted to go Kek Lok Si at night during chinese new year. Apparently we've made it, but not all of my frens able to turn up on this day. So nevermind.. still, we wanted to go as we're so near to there. After a long waiting, stucking in the traffic congestion up to the hill, finally we reached. I was glad to pay a visit to Kek Lok Si at night. Seriously I never come up to here before at night. Never thought it was beautiful to see all the lightings around and to enjoy the scenic splendours of Penang Island. I'm so so proud to be a Penangite. Haha...I know I've been saying this for numerous time, but dun think I will get bored.

p/s: It's the last post to write about what I've done in Penang after finished my 1st year in Oz. I feel so grateful to have my friends around with me when I was in Penang. We really utilized our time to be together and had a bundle of sweet memories. I hope u guys able to keep on contact with each other altho I'm not around. Don't hesitate to tell me your problems. I'm more than happy to listen and advise althou we r far apart. Right now I yearn for my family and friends. Can't wait to see them so soon. xoxo.

Mix Tape Party

Mix Tape Party
6.3.08

at
Roundhouse, UNSW

This event was held during my uni orientation week. It's called the Mix Tape Party like those usual clubbing event but it's more to decent one and specially for uni students only. We were quite free for that particular week and so we attended to have look on what's goin on. Overall it's quite cool to see some of the students wore in unusual, glowing type of outfit. I doubt they must have bought those kind of outfit from Supre clothing shop. I always see these kind of clothes selling in there and at an expensive price range still. Well, it's just my guessing.

Singapore+Pulau Batam

I'm back to blog again. I always wanted to write a proper post as in like write a more longer one rather than a short descriptive. One of the reason is I'm definite a slacker. Eventhou I have the spare time, yet there's no motivation for me at all. Secondly, I will be giving all sort of excuses like 'dun have time larrr.... so much work to rush where got free time to blog sumore'. I'm pretty sure there is a gap of time for me but just dun feel like and also to be executed, like Chrono keep pushing me and insists me to complete the tag. So sorry for that but dun worry will be up here sooner. *finger crossed

Well let me tell u what I've been doin these days. Recently, I'm quite busy over my assignments, not that stress yet till the due just around the corner. I enrolled into 4 courses which are Design, History and Theory (I know it's such a boring one, but sometimes I find it quite interesting in some way), BIM( Building Information Modelling) and Elective ( Modelling & Visualisation). However, each of every course has task need to be done in a limited and constrainedly time..... so sweaty....same for everyone. Well currently still enjoying of what I'm doin with the help and support of my new friends. They are great and helpful. I find it easy to blend with them because of their friendliness. Bout my grades? Hmm... I concern a lot but still not sure I can make it through or not since I've changed into a new study environment which will impose more pressure and competitive. Hopefully and fortunately able to make it , else want to fail for this year meh??... of coz I dun wish to. Nobody would! Pray hard for me ... bahaha..

Okie... guess I've been crapping a lot. So back to my initial post bout my trip to Singapore and Pulau Batam with my lovey parents. Every year we will take a short trip to Singapore. My mum just loves staying in Singapore because of the convenient transportation and also enjoy the latest trend of women's wear. I strongly agree with that. But there's a bad point which I believe most of the people come across this. Singaporeans tend to keep themselves back at home where it comes to neighbourhood. What do you think ?

You must be wondering where is Pulau Batam. It may not familiar to us, Malaysians, but for the Singaporeans. Pulau Batam is part of Indonesia and it's an small, isolated island which is so near to Singapore. Guess what, they love to go there just to buy cartons of INDOMEE !! haha ... no doubt it's nominated as students' favorite ady. Simple and yummy. Seriously P.Batam has nothing much to do besides getting a much more cheaper essential oil massage only. Well it depends on one. But definitely we wont be going there again ever, once is enough !
